The Authority Chief Executive, Engr. Farouk Ahmed presents licence to Estabish 30,000 Barrels Per Stream Day Refinery to Ebenco Global Link Ltd.
The LTE was earlier signed by the Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri.
